Delivery & Charges

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours where possible. Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery in the UK and up to 10 days for international deliveries. If you haven't received your order by this time please contact us via the 'contact us' page on this website or by phoning us on 00 44 (0) 1204 525385.

Postage and Packaging is charged at £2.95 to all mainland addresses within the United Kingdom and are sent by Recorded 1 st Class Post. If you live outside of the United Kingdom the following charges will apply:-

To Europe: £5.95

To Rest of the World: £11.95

Orders within the U.K. are sent by Recorded 1 st Class Post and orders from outside the U.K. are sent by Airmail. All orders will require a signature on arrival. Please note if you are outside the EU postal items may be examined by customs, and as such you may be liable to pay customs charges on arrival.

VAT

All prices quoted are inclusive of United Kingdom Value Added Tax. The prices shown on our pages are the same for all customers regardless of their country of origin.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If however you are not completely satisfied you may return your purchase within 28 days of despatch for either an exchange or refund. However, please ensure you adhere to the following terms:-

1) Before returning any goods please contact us by sending an e-mail via the 'Contact Us' page on this website or by telephoning us on 00 44 (0)1204 525385 stating your reason for returning the goods.

2) Goods must be returned to us in the same "unworn condition" as they were delivered to you. All our customers are advised, when trying shoes on, to remain indoors as we cannot accept goods that are soiled or damaged to be refunded.

3) Return postage is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

4) For all exchanges, postage will not be charged for the exchanged item to be posted back to you.

5) We advise that you obtain a certificate for 'Proof of Postage' from the Post Office when returning shoes to us.

6) If you live locally, you may prefer to call into our shop in Bolton town centre to return your goods.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo, Electron and American Express.

Credit/Debit Card Security

When paying for your goods you will be transferred to our webstore provider's secure payment server, Nitrosell. Your connection to this server will be encrypted using the 128-bit version of the industry standard encryption technology Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
